Senior Proposal Analyst

Global Resource Solutions, Inc. (GRS) is seeking a Senior Proposal Analyst to support prime IDIQs.  

Job Description:

Summary:  This position would support the IDIQ Program Manager (OASIS Plus and Army HRS RMAS IDIQ vehicles) – This role offers an opportunity to support IDIQ capture strategies, analyze federal procurement data, and contribute to business pursuits across various federal and DoD agencies. You will also develop skills that can pave the way for a future in Capture Management, with direct involvement in proposal development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

• Collaborate with Capture Managers on RFIs, white papers, and strategic responses, while supporting proposal volumes and writing sections.
• Prepare email templates for potential opportunities to pursue and disseminate to teammates.
• Track responses to potential opportunities and schedule bid no bid calls
• Identify opportunities that align with our capability areas and target markets/agencies.
• Support the full business development lifecycle, including opportunity research, customer analysis, and capture planning.
• Work with a capture team to advance opportunities through the pipeline and craft winning proposals.
• Organize capture documentation, learn capture management, and contribute to proposal content, helping to lead specific sections as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in data analysis, market research, or business development support, preferably in federal contracting.
• Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, tools (e.g., sam.gov, GovWin), and experience in supporting proposal writing.
• Strong communication skills with an interest in federal capture and business development.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, with interest in learning proposal development and capture management.

Physical Requirements: This position requires employees to be willing and able to: sit, bend, reach, stoop, squat, stand, and walk. 

Communication: Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and oral command of English.
