SUMMARY
The Interiors Program Manager is primarily responsible for leading and managing consistent implementation of QTS Corporate Interiors Standards across multiple projects. The Interiors Program Manager will interact daily with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, FF&E and specialty vendors, QTS Management, Legal, Development, and Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with the level of regular communication.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Design, or equivalent professional experience
· 7 or more years of professional experience in commercial construction/interior design practices and procedures, and project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out
· Experience with Bluebeam & Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive level
· Intermittent Travel up to 50%
· US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contract
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 10+ years previous experience leading a program of interiors projects
· Previous experience reviewing concept designs and master plans with stakeholders
· PMP or equivalent experience in Project Management
· Revit and AutoCAD experience preferred

· Ability to prepare and present to executive leadership
· Strong ability to coach and mentor team members
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
· Must be a capable, proven team player that both fosters and operates well within internal and external team environments.
· Able to solve problems at a tactical and functional level
· Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
