Escrow Representative

Job Summary:

The Escrow Representative is responsible for quality control procedures, the processing and handling of daily transactions and direct assistance with clients, as well as assisting with other research and miscellaneous escrow projects.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Quality control and audit procedures
• Assist with client case management tasks
• Create and distribute escrow reports
• Data entry or research projects as assigned
• Assist with daily tasks and client requests
