Role Introduction
Reports To: Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor
Managing warehouse daily operation
Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery request and update the warehouse management system
- Inspect incoming goods and inform business unit if found variance
- Reserve and allocate storage space for incoming goods
- Perform tasks, such as putaway, order picking, labelling, packing, posting, stocktaking and customs declaration
- Perform vanning and devanning services of import and export sea container
- Prepare shipping documents for export shipment
- Conduct daily checks of operational equipment before use
- Deal with transportation service provider and supplier
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Willing to work on holiday and overtime and shifts upon request
Requirements
- HKCEE or HKDSE or equivalent qualifications
- 1– 2 years warehouse working experience
- Basic knowledge in SAP warehouse system, Microsoft Words and Excel
- Self-initiated, able to work independently
- Good communication in Chinese and basic written English
- With valid forklift truck/stacker driving licence is preferable
